If you let DEF stay at 5 and try to minimize DEX, I don't remember the exact number but the minimum DEX is around 14~17. I haven't looked into the case of DEF higher than 5.

It can be traded up for 2nd anniversary ones at a 3:1 rate; e.g. three 1st Anniversary Gold Badge for one 2nd Anniversary Gold Badge, and so on. You can't wear them, and they're kind of useless if you can't get 3 of each '~'

IIRC there's a warp at the Hunter's guild which will take you behind the desk.

You can use it in the item present quest (accessed through Ep II). You can acquire a few mag cells and other niche items like drill launcher, marina's bag, etc.3

just make a team yourself on a dummy account, then check the team master buying privileges from the guild counter
