There's some issues (feature?) with drop checker and the more unique specials on some weapons.

Glide, Soul Banish etc, either display something completely unrelated or nothing at all. There are probably a few others too.

It's because those are what the specials are defined as in the ItemPMT, although the client has them hardcoded to do something different. Glide Divine has special 18 (Blizzard), while Soul Banish has special 14 (Berserk).
 
I maxed my TP Mats on Boss Hogg today. This is the first time I've ever maxed out TP Mats on any version of the game :D

Edit: Also: didn't buy any. All of these are from PW / VR coins and MA4 Tickets. Well, 124 of them. When I came up one short, Recovery gave me one :3
