Potential security issue

Hia.
Ok so, as people have possibly talked about before, antivirus finds the .dll file to be a trojan.
thats not whats abit concerning / what im here to talk about.
My antivirus also finds problems with the installer (Ephinea_PSOBB_Installer), and has apparently removed it. but the file has stayed in my downloads / folders, and apparently i dont "have permission" to remove it.
any ideas on WTF is going on?

Your antivirus is trolling you, most likely xD

As for not having permission to it, you could take ownership of the file and remove it I guess.
And download/install with the antivirus off, enable it back when you finish tho.

No i mean i already had it installed and all that, its just the antivirus feed kept popping up every 10 min or so being like "processing risk / removed risk" then the file would still be there.
I managed to remove it finally tho, so hopefully its over.
