Which class do you main? What's your favorite?

Hello, me again. So this question I'm asking just out of curiosity: which class do you main, and why? And is that class your favorite, or is there another?

Myself, I used to be a HUmar in the past because of it being a good beginner class, but now I'm leaning towards Ranger classes due to being able to stay out of melee range; I particularly like RAmarls. I'd probably try FOnewearl if I wanted to play multiplayer, though, because techniques.

As for favorites... I'd probably say RAmarl or RAcaseal, though I do like HUnewearls, FOmars and FOnewearls visually.

I've always been a tank-type player so I decided on the Hucast. It's fun and can be challenging with the lack of techniques. Before Ephinea, I only ever played Humar or Ramar and I had no idea what I was doing, but so far I like my Hucast. I recently started a Fonewm so we'll see how that goes, but I'm focusing on the Hucast for now. :)

FOmar

Love Red Mages and their sweet as hell feather caps and cloaks and FOmar is the closest thing to one, a flexible class that can play any role it wants, granted it chances are is the most expensive class in the game in order to be good cause of that ata being so low.

But magic wise they don't have to worry about that as much. Gifoie is a great spell, Gizonde is a good spell, and Grants is ok for some things. Support wise resta range being low has plus and minus (granted it a minus overall, but if u have a dark flow user it makes it easier to avoid messing em up). Shifta/Deband getting buffed are overall the more useful things compared to resta/anti. No need to worry about using a chao stick in a tight spot unlike the newmans.

1478 power with shifta 30 (to give an idea I'm packing just a bit more base power before a HUmar gets shifta boost), throwing zalure 30 on foes and that stuff hurts hard alone even.

Low HP isn't always a handicap, even if FOmar has the overall lowest HP til around level 185 or something it can have its plus, I'm still getting knocked down by darvants at level 189 due to me not using a single HP mat. granted a lot of foes are one shotting me still but I tend to try and avoid em.

Hmmm well I picked Fonewearl because I wanted to play somebody that looked like me! All the other ones looked like adults and I wanted to use magic.
This is exactly why my eldest daughter chose Fonewearls.
My youngest daughter's favorite is Hucaseals because she loves fighting with daggers.
I chose Hunewearls because they're versatile, great at soloing, and I still have a soft spot for Nei.

When I started this game, I was 50/50 between HUmar and RAmar but went with RAmar for the hell of it. I thought HUmar would be good just for the sake of being able to use a bunch of cool-looking weapons and doing high damage, while RAmar interested me because I thought it would be fun killing stuff from a distance. It turns out that was a good decision, as I enjoy using my S-rank needles a great deal.

Among my FOnewm, RAmar, and HUcast, I find that I enjoy playing RAmar the most. Lately, I've had a temptation to make a RAcast to see how I would fare using freeze traps followed by use of a needle of some sort. I think it could be a fun combination, maybe making it more fun than RAmar.

FOnewm is a fun class as well, but not quite as much as RAmar. I've realized that I don't enjoy buffing/healing party members. Instead, I'd rather just be a nuker/debuffer of enemies. As for the HUcast, his weapons look cool and all, but close range DPS is just "meh" on the fun scale for me.

RAcast, because they are extremely fun to play, really high ATP and highest HP, also very simple to play compared to humans or newmans.

You and your children play PSO? Dude that's awesome.

Right now I am maining my racast, ramar and fomar. Got a fonewm of lvl 184 and hucast at lvl 168 as well. My favourite right now is fomar, simply because it is so versatile and can use weapons (with a lot of hit) to great effect. Knowing which enemy has a lot of evp is useful as well for cvs's and having this knowledge, this class is incredible fun to use. Fomar is lvl 153 right now and has nice equipment (adept, v801, v101, smartlink). Using pallette manager is of the essence though for switching between techs and normal attack. Rangers are still fun with s-ranks though (hell needle + demons mechgun ftw for ep2).
Racast is lvl 140 and Ramar is lvl 171, just fyi.

I didn't know very much about this game at all but my brother used to play it A LOT. I really liked it and I made friends who showed me how to be a good force :) Well I hope I am good anyways. So it is my favorite and I think I will always play it :D
Basically this

Hucast because being able to hit things is overrated.

RAmarl will always be my favorite cause I like hunting things s o l o ^ _^

For melee I like the HUnewearl since her balance between Hunter melee and Newearl magic is fun, though I'm really torn between RAmar and FOnewearl for my ranged main. On one hand I can be a Solid Snake lookalike, and on the other hand, I can be a magical girl straight outta Madoka Magica.

Choosing a favorite is too hard

more like anti-drama tbh
but yeah I never play ramarl lately

HUnewearl because curves, versatile in all playstyles, TP recovery while standing and technique limits better than anything else that isn't a Force.

While pallette manager is cool after I looked at it I've been playing for a while w/o something like that.

The tech menu you can access on the fly from the top button can be edited to suit your means. I've got shifta, deband, resta, jellen, and zalure all close towards the top.

Using the quick shortcut keys the game gives you makes it very easy to fly with whatever you want.

HUcast because traps are fun.

RAmarl because she's the most fun support class. Support gear (Parasol, Shifta Merge and Clio) while playing her offensively is really fun, although people generally look for FOs so you don't get to play her as support often. >:
