Need a price check on a DF Shield (assume low-medium stats)

Last I knew, 20-25. Its the most valuable and least desired to farm ingredient for From The Depths.

Stats also shouldn't matter for this since it's basically only used to create FTD.

Although for most ppl it is so, some ppl actually use DF shield as their shield. For those ppl, high status one will be more valuable than low status ones.
