Ephinea Christmas 2019

We, unfortunately, cannot please everyone. I'm not going to ask you to like the current state of things, but I'm going to ask you to at least understand our concerns with printing powerful item after powerful item non-stop.

Being (relatively) conservative with drops/rewards is a good thing for the community. But punishing people is not. (Haha, you lost your coal! Sucks to be you!)

Think about what is ultimately going to bring players back and keep them here. It's Christmas afterall, so lets be nice.

If its like years before I think it should be 60 unless they nerfed it. Good luck ever seeing that though.

Someone said they got 65hit spread and 65 hit assaults. And in the list it says "variable" hit, so I was curiou .
I'm guessing the charge weapons have a non 0 base since they would be useless otherwise

Last year I was getting tons of low hit sof and I dunno what but this year.... Forget it, only crap, only nice things been 3 pc or 3 pds... :/ guess that will be my 2nd Xmas playing hardcore, not getting one of the really good presents, but we'll, idc I can't change the rates, just hunting and that's what I do, just sometimes need to whine about also xd. Rng bless me plz, ty (I know it's just a game and my life goes on even without epic drops so, merry Xmas ;) don't take it too serious might just think over the rates.. :p)

Whoops. Fixed.

They are, indeed, a static 65 Hit. Anything below and they're obtainable from the Scavenger, and thus are meaningless. Anything higher and they begin to out-perform 60 hit yellows, which is where the line in the sand was drawn.

This rule applies to any other potential non-rares that may or may not be on the list.

What's the logical reason for this?

As far as I can tell it just f***'s the community without any logical reason other than to p**s people off.

Which perhaps wouldn't be so bad if the event rewards weren't already so meagre...
