Wouldn’t let me pick up parasitic gene flow

Hi I am reaching out because today around 445/5 we finished up a round of rt and i had the drop parasitic gene flow . It wouldn’t let me pick it up i dropped items, did everything i could and i wasnt able to get it . The game started acting glitchy for me after the first boss I may have been experiencing lag but it was odd . I am hoping to at-least talk to a admin so i can move on from this one way or another even if nothing can be done broaching the subject with someone would help . Just really sucks and having a hard time letting it go
I believe other gamers said to ask for admins @Ender or mew

Sorry to hear about your loss of a PGF. Sadly nothing can be done, we don't do item replacements here if one is lost. That being said RT does run the risk of that with its timer and no warp back, so if you're experiencing lag that might cause a desync or have a full inventory just be mindful of that. Nothing really to do with a bug fix here if it was your internet, sorry to say.
Wish you the best on Ephinea and hope you can find another PGF soon that you are able to pick up.
 
Ok thank you. Thats all I ask. Just really hard to move on not knowing what happened . I was able to drop items to make space and what not just couldnt pick it up. My game just did it again on rt after We finished though it said something about possibly being under maintenance .

Bugs and Glitches aren't exactly THIS Kitty's Domain...IF She had been among the party and had a PGF just laying around...there was a good chance she would've surrendered it to make up for the trauma~! After 25 years, pretty sure Modern PCs and a plethora of internet service providers look at us still playing PSO and are like..."DUDE....F'kin SRSLY???". Sorry for your loss and if you ever wish to try to roll the dice again, mew can allow herself to be kidnapped for any RT runs when you're Feeling Lucky, dear! ....H...HEY! DON'T look at mew like That~!!! X'D!
