Why this keeps happening to me

Then it doesn't let me log in, says im already logged in a ship.

I play other online games and have no issues with my internet so I don't know what to do.
 
Can you provide a little more detail, such as are you on wifi, or have you tried a mobile hotspot, is it when you idle, etc?

PSOBB uses TCP which is pretty rare for video games these days, this might be why you can play other games just fine but have issue with PSOBB. So if you're playing on wifi, might be worth trying with a wired connection if possible.

If you can try a mobile hotspot to test if it is your internet, that would help narrow it down too.
 
I play on wifi. Its the only way I have to play. I had only one crash since i made the post after i changed to dx11, I was using 12. Don't know if it has anything to do with it.


Edit: Someone in game said to use dx9on12... Is there one of those that is considered the best? What about resolution? I play at 1920x1080 don't know if it matters.
