I am getting these weird random hitches and fps drops, almost like the game is chunking, while trying to load assets or something. I have tried tweaking every setting, including some settings in nvidia control panel and I just cannot figure out what is doing this. For the record, I have a powerful computer and I am currently on windows 11. When I played this game years ago, it never lagged like this, just consistent 30 fps with zero dips.
