War of Limits 2 is paying an incorrect amount of Meseta on Ultimate difficulty.

Seems to be wrong in all difficulties after checking the quest file.
Normal: "4000" (3500)
Hard: "8000" (7000)
VH: "12500" (10500)
Ult: "16000" (14000)
The rewards match WoL1's actual rewards, but the presented values in the text would be between WoL1 and WoL3's values.
WoL rewards increase with each quest in the series.
For instance on normal difficult:
[#1] 3500 > [#2] 4000 > [#3] 4500 > [#4] 5000 > [#5] 5500
Sega Assistant Quest Developer just forgot to change the value for the actual reward in #2 when they copied over the base script from #1.

Thought I fixed this twice now but OH WELL. It's fixed for real now.
Also the VH reward should be 12000. The text says 12500 but the JP version has 4000, 8000, 12000, 16000 for the 4 rewards, and the JP version is correct both the text and actual reward. So now the EN version will match.
