So I have an idea to explore speed running the GameCube “none plus” version of PSO, but I want to do it on ultimate and with a max level char. So I was wondering if there was a tool or maybe even just a simple way to max a char without having to do all the grinding or playing on an otherwise manipulated version of PSO. Obviously for simplicity sake I’ll probably just use dolphin then try to edit my precious gc saves. Any help?
