"VorpX (stereoscopic 3D injection) and the memory modification protection — compatible?"

Hi!

I would try to set up VorpX (a third-party tool that hooks the game's DirectX rendering to add stereoscopic 3D/VR support) to play PSOBB in a VR headset. Before doing so, I wanted to check: I saw the FAQ mentions the client has protection against unauthorized code modifications in memory. Would VorpX's rendering hook likely trigger that protection? Has anyone tried something similar with Ephinea? Thanks!

I would think video rendering is fine since it doesn't actually execute anything malicious within the client or load anything the game uses in terms of giving an advantage to you. Unless theres something I'm not aware of. That said, I'm curious if that would even work with PSO.
