Trouble on update

I am having troubles on update. I am in game while updating so it just updated online.exe only and cannot connect because of old version of launcher. Then after restart it doesn’t not update launcher. I am using steam deck

Anyway to correct it without reinstall?

I just give up and uninstall it the cannot download installer, it just keep disconnect
