The game slows down (Everything was fine the last few weeks)

Idk what happened, but everything is extremely slowed down and moving feels like as if the char is running under water. My hardware hasn't changed and the last few weeks (well actually since starting here on Ephinea) were fine. Does anyone else experience the same slow downs or lags?

Edit: Idk what happened, but it suddenly went back to normal.
