this is for players who want an experience more "true to the base game", more vanilla and less sprinkley.
me and my playgroup (doing purist ironman, as close to vanilla as possible) cant seem to agree on the drop style of Classic ("true to the base game") or PSO2 (greater quality of gameplay), and i think it would be really cool if we could do some kind of optional DAR reduction on PSO2 drop style games, as a compromise. i did think it made more sense back when PSO2 drops had a variable DAR decrease so as not to "overdrop" the Classic rates, but i fully understand why they were changed back to 100%.
is there any interest in adding either a lobby command/drop style option or something of the like, to give players an option to have a bit more vanilla of an experience? post your thoughts!
