I was thinking it would be cool to have some kind of like bi weekly or monthly team completion events just to make teams a little more fun and active. obviously it would take some work and involve a lot of logistics. However i had a few ideas to kick around. It could be anything like a small drop boost for a week for the winning team, or and item(s). Also for the individual with the most team points.
Obviously it would take stipulations such as only items found during the competition period that are team pointed will count toward the winning team so people don't take all their useless rares they have been saving over years and team point them all. Along with other safe guards to prevent people from just switching teams when their losing ect. There could even be some sort of "killgate" similar to mile stone events. As in you have to have teampointed enough items in the winning team to reap the rewards. Finally something cool like the player or top 3 players of all teams within the competition period get one grand prize or special item for that period.
