...I DO have Steam.. But I use it so little, that I almost forget that it even exists sometimes.
I also don't use Xbox much anymore either. :x

I have to wonder how he was able to link his phone number to so many accounts. Did they have just all weak passwords or something?
 
I think he abused the account recovery system that was linked to random phone numbers he guessed at. People just typed random numbers to have steam stop nagging them. He probably posed as those numbers through skype and had the details reset/sent to that number.
