I once bought a 75h Charge Laser for 7 PDs and this one is clearly worse.

^Collectors piece as they said. Issue is that anyone who can equip rifles can also equip an easily accessible Heaven Striker, which has insane ATP. Even with the lower accuracy of a 0H one, it still would probably outclass your spirit rifle's DPS by a lot. The only two classes that can equip it (RAmar/RAmarl) are the two highest ATA classes as well. They can get away with lower hit.

just wanna say it's a niche piece but could be useful for example, on Falz 3 HS zerk special does not reach the other side of the ring so SSS with a high hit sac laser could be good. I have yas9k for this purpose . never crunched the exact numbers
