New player here.

Every time I try to login, I get a message saying:

"No916
Server Is Full
Please try connecting again later."

Also, at the login screen, in the lower left-hand corner of the window, there is a message that says:
"!DLL Error!"

Are the servers actually full, or is my client not working?

Does anyone know how to fix the DLL error?
 
Whitelist the ephinea folder in your antivirus in the exceptions, it isn't letting the game patch properly. After that run as admin again and it'll do its magic.

Don't worry it's a false positive.
