Server full and dll error?

Just downloaded the game and when i get to the title screen in the bottom left corner it says DLL error. dont know if thats anything. but then when i try to go into the game i get a message that says servers are full try agian later. Are the servers really full cause it said ther was 60 peeps on. just wondering. if its something thats going on with my game or if things are actually full.

Antivirus deleted the DLL either upon installation or when patching.

You'll need to whitelist the Ephinea folder and run the launcher to obtain the latest Ephinea.dll file.
