Screenshots when using Vulkan are black

All in game screenshots when I use Vulkan 2.7.1 or 2.3.1 just come out as pure black images.

Try not using Clean Capture or try using it. May not be much I can do about this otherwise. Also, if you’re on Linux and it works on Windows instead, also a no idea.

Tried with Clean Capture on and it's still black. I'm on Windows 10. I use Vulkan because addons have weird out of bounds stuff on DX12.
