Screen Tearing

I am having awful screen tearing, with or without vsync. On the gamecube version I can play past 1080p no issues, but on here even at the default settings i have screen tearing. What do I need to do in order to fix it?
 
Definitely shouldn't have screen tearing.

You can try using a different DirectX API by changing it in the launcher to see if that helps.

If you've already confirmed vsync is on in game and changing API doesn't work, I'd take a peek at your graphic card control panel. Maybe reset all settings to default and/or install the latest version of your GPU driver.

Yeah i have a ryzen 3 5300g apu i went into the panel and enabled vsync and disabled and nothing happened. I can try to change the api and see what happens, i already know 9 and 12 don't work because i've tested those.
