How many slots? Am I correct, mother garb give 50% tp reduction to all skills, psycho wand + mother garb cant be 100% reduction right? So it will be only 50% from one item?
 
It stacks multiplicatively, not additively. 50% of the first 50% is cut, so it'd be a 75% reduction.
