S-Berill's Hands #1

There seems to be a problem when adding hit to S-Berril's Hands #1. I've tried twice; the first time I was disconnected when depositing it into the bank, the second as soon as the hit was added. In both cases the item is gone.

I did this on Lumireis, between 07:00 and 08:00 UTC.

I saw this in the logs, not sure why that's happening. I'll forward it to the admins.
