At UTC 00:00 on 6/26/2016, infinite section ID changes will be ending.
All current characters will be allowed to change their section ID one more time, regardless of level, once the infinite changes end.
All new characters, after the infinite changes end, will only be allowed to change section ID one time before level 20 as before.
