Registering for a new game account has been fixed. We tested this after the site move but a new plugin we added AFTERWARD caused an issue we didn't see until now.
You shouldn't have any issue with registering for a game account anymore.
Also, e-mails used in the past can be reused for new accounts.
I will be adding a "Change E-mail Address" function to the site soon so that you can change e-mail addresses associated with previous accounts. (That way you can combine your other accounts all into one e-mail address.)
