Red ring drop, didnt get item

I wasnt able to pick up the dropped red ring, and was told i would be able to report it and get the red ring. It happened at 10:36 eastern time, 1:50 "internet time" on fondra 01-01, in a party called ma1 red or soemthing like that.

Sorry but you're SOL...meaning you won't get it. It was in a spot thats "obtainable" but if you didn't get it in time, there is nothing they can do.

Banner rares were changed to log who they dropped for and their stats (before being picked up) because of this very reason, actually. Matt can retrieve the item for him.

He had time to retrieve the Red Ring....if it were to drop in an unobtainable area, then Matt would give it to him.
