Rare Drop sound effect for Scape Doll drops

Something about Amplifiers playing that sound really irked me when my first though was *ITS A SCAPE!!!*

Not entirely sure how hard it would be to make them do that, but at a guess I imagine it can't be that hard :<

I mentioned in suggestions about making scapes a 'rare drop' and Matt said something along the lines of it being possible to make them red in HC only. This would then obviously get the drop sound and the red dot on maps. I hope it does get implemented into one of the updates soon :3
