Rare armor ranking?

Just wondering if anyone else has seen a ranking for armors.
I was looking through my list of armors, and I see so many armors that you can use at level 101 that are just all over the place.

For instance Guard Wave has on par def with something like Luminous field with 3 more EDK and 5 more ELT, with no negative side effects.(Luminous field leaches hp while moving.)
Flame Garment has about the same stats with 18 less EDK and 20 less ELT for only 5 EFR. Which is basically only something i would use for looks at end game.
Red Coat as a bit less DFP but you get 8 EFR EIC ETH while still keeping EDK of 37 and ELT of 12 which more then makes up for it.

Any thoughts about this?
 
A lot of this is the product of Sega Balancing, which is to say none of it makes any goddamn sense and things get doled out at random.
 
maybe we should make a rank system per level per class to sort out the bullshit lol
 
Well here is my opinion (hope I didn't forget anything good):

HUnters:
Top tier: Sweetheart, Thirteen, Bovn, D-Parts v1.01
Second tier: Lieutenant Mantle, Love Heart, Aura Field, Brightness Circle
Bottom tier: Everything else

RAngers:
Top tier: Sweetheart, Thirteen, D-Parts v1.01
Second tier: Lieutenant Mantle, Love Heart, Aura Field, Brightness Circle
Bottom Tier: Everything else

FOrces:
Top tier: Ignition Cloak, Sweetheart, Mother Garb+
Second tier: All other elemental cloaks, Lieutenant Mantle, Love Heart, Aura Field, Brightness Circle
Bottom Tier: Everything else
