Ranger Wall question

Hello, there! So, I'm not exactly an expert at the game, there's lots I don't know. I've only been playing with any consistency for about a year.

But I was doing research on equipment and ran across the Ranger Wall and was a bit confused. The entry states that it can only be acquired with minimum stats, but the very fact that a "maximum stat" verdion exists means that there must be some way to improve it or exchange it, right?

There is no way to get a better Ranger Wall past min stats. Sega did give the barrier a range it can have, but since it doesn't drop naturally it can not be acquired with a range past min. (Note that some armors and barriers are given out in events on Ephinea that go beyond their Vanilla max stats, while being within the Vanilla range; but Ranger Wall is not one of them.)

Its simply referring to the fact that it comes with its base defensive and evasive stats and does not have the possibility of coming any differently, hence why its called Minimum stat.
Minimum stat refers only to the fact that an armor has zero additional defensive or evasive stats added to it. Ranger Wall only comes as its base form.
