Random disconnects in high-activity areas

Hi! So one of the issues I've suffered from since I started was that I've been experiencing a lot of somewhat random disconnects in parties during extremely high-activity parts of gameplay. A good example being the quest PW2 with a full party, where I get disconnected towards the end of the quest fairly consistently. I don't really have a large idea of why this happens.

I have allowed Ephinea through my firewall already (though I'm looking to see if there are any other things that could block it) and have been trying to set up some kind of other permissions. I seem to get error 903 frequently after a disconnect.

Are there any ways to troubleshoot this problem?

If you get Error 903 after disconnect, then it sounds like something is up on your end that's preventing connections to the server. It's a bit weird if you have a firewall that randomly kicks in after a bit and then decides to allow the connections later (presuming you are able to reconnect minutes/hours later).

The website, Login/Patch/Fodra, Auldrant, Lumireis, and Devaloka are hosted on separate VMs (Login/Patch/Fodra servers are on the same machine). You might want to check if you're able to ping ephinea1.pioneer2.net, ephinea2.pioneer2.net, ephinea3.pioneer2.net, ephinea4.pioneer2.net when this happens.
