random crash's everywhere

i don't understand why im crashing!?
sometimes i would walk around the lobby and it would crash.
or mid mission its happening over and over again.
here is my specs, if that will help.

the last two crashes happened when i was near an unknown item.
but it seems to be mostly random.

I'm guessing you are using an internal Intel Iris Xe. Switch to DirectX 12 wrapper in options if you haven't already.

If that doesn't help; please provide the crash details from Windows Event viewer. Unfortunately I don't have this available at the moment but most issues can be identified by the error code Windows will spit out, similar to this:
