If you were crashing while playing video, we just put out a DLL update for version v1403 and an updated launcher.
Setting the "SW VIDEO DECODE" in the launcher's options menu will force the game to playback video with no hardware acceleration.
After some testing, we have seen this resolve the issue with crashes while playing video normally and also crashes while streaming or recording with OBS.
