PSOBB EXE

Yeah Avast doesn't like it. Just add it as an exclusion. Should probably whitelist the entire install directory to prevent issues with future updates.
 
It's definitely not Malware. Most AVs don't like the fact that the EXE is compressed. I wouldn't put anything sinister in there, though.
 
Oddly, I noticed my anti-virus to do this as well, but only with the original EXE, since it updated, my anti-virus no longer cares.

But a heads up, AVG, Avast and Avira are the biggest anti-viruses that I can think of that show PSOBB.exe as a threat.
Adding it to the whitelist should be fine.
