Wondering why you have an active download, and when I start the Client. my PC picks up multiple virus' trying to start the game. super not cool

Yeah, antivirus software falsely declaring other software as viruses is not cool. I agree.

You should uninstall your AV or make an exception.

Windows Defender does that too, so i mostly just do an Exception for the EphineaPSOBB folder,
if you do this in your Antivir Programm you should be fine~

Also not particularly cool to say this like someone's intentionally distributing a virus.

It's fairly well documented that servers like this have modded clients via inclusion of .dll files that do things like push updates or include anti-cheat measures. Your anti-virus will flag this activity because it generally looks really sketchy to those when something like this is being run on your machine. But it's also widely documented as completely harmless, so just whitelist the whole install folder and try not to make weird accusations.
