PSO One Player Mode

Hi there,

I'm very new to PSO; I was a fan of the old Sega Genesis games. I am trying to play through the story mode first before I do anything else. I am wondering: How do I save progress? It seems that if I leave a game I have to then create a new one. Yes, my level I know keeps growing, but am I able to continue the one player story from where I left off the time before? Thank you.

First of all, welcome! This game was awesome back in the day, and it's even better now, mostly due to the fantastic community.

In answer to your question: no, the story levels reset every time you leave that game or start a quest. When PSO was on the console, in single mode you had to beat each level before the next one would open, but here they are all open, so you don't have to "progress" through the story. So if you are right there before the final boss in Ruins 3 and call it quits, you will have to beat those levels again.

Ok, now a question for you, what character did you pick and what level are you at?
