Portable PSO?

Hey folks!

Its your guy here Pokmo. yet another thread of madness lmao! but lets talk about portable pso.
I have a few questions if anyone has an answer.

raspberry pi 4 running pso dreamcast-
Thats not my video or anything but i found someone testing out the game. my point is if we can get it running, can we get it online? iv seen countless kits that make the raspberry into a portable device, and with this version being stronger then the last, im thinking we could pull off some things.

my questions are as followed:
1-can the dream cast version of pso be modded in anyway(even on a iso level) to implemented some bb features?(more so quick item switch stuff )
2- can a dreamcast emulator connect to any of the online servers that still run dreamcast?
3- would it be cool to be playing pso anywhere technically?

we are talking smallest form factor. I have a laptop, but boy can it be messy to set up lol.
this is more of a random idea considering Raspberry pi stuff can fit into a portable case with screen and even controls.
figured if possible then might be able play pso with out being disturbed by movement?
