Please help me to get a Garuda MAG with Mylla & Youlla PB

Hello my friends,

a heaven striker coat just dropped for me yesterday. I never had that before.
But apparently I need a Garuda Mag to use this as a mag cell.

Can anyone provide a guide that leads me to feed me a Garuda Mag, that also has a Mylla & Youlla PB?
I never fed my mags by guides, but in this case I need one.

I should think a guide would depend on what stats you want on it. Getting Mylla & Youlla isn't really a problem because Ila has the same stat spread as Garuda. So you can evolve it to Ila first by simply moving it between characters.

I used HUcaseal with antidote until I became illa, then switched to a HUcast Bluefull.
