TP is the best Partisan for female non-hunters, or female hunters that don't like to Berserk (via Yunchang), so there is a lot of value. I think the ceiling is a bit limited due to Excal being better in many situations, but there are plenty who would make great use of a high hit TP.

PC is hard on high value unique items these days due to the limited market, so I guess I would just say 100+.

It will get enough attention in my opinion that I wouldn't worry too much about the reserve.
