Maybe 250; tjs with hit is not worth as much, better left as a sjs for its special as tjs special never misses.
 
Definitely more than 250. The fact that it's a TJS with hit is enough to hike the price up. It might be "better" without hit since then you'd get 2 different percents, but some people like to use TJS as a beatstick and hit definitely improves that, although this is just 15 so...
