PC>Resta Amp

I'm much more inclined to say 5+. There is enough demand and it's comparatively rare. Even the best possible hunt for this doesn't benefit from any droprate advantage that most of the amps and barriers get with Pinkal. It's only available in Hard and Very Hard, and it's entirely reasonable to get to Ultimate without ever seeing one. I spent several days hunting one myself.
