The Parasitic Cell Type D is the expensive part. At the anniversary event I think they were about 8. So cheapest would be about 35.

50 is probably realistic, maybe a bit more.

This is incorrect.
They were 6 Gold Badges a piece. Gold Badges were going for 1:2pd so that would make each PCD worth 16pd.
But we can't rely on the price at a special event to determine the year-round value, and since these are usually 20 a piece at Gallon's Shop, that would make the value somewhere between:
65 - 81 PDs (counting 1 for the Stink Frame)
