G/Mind: currently 1~2 PD as far as I know, look around in tradelists you might find 1 PD deals.
G/Power: I would say 1 PD but I don't really know.
I believe both can be obtained from Coren 1k on certain days, so their prices shouldn't be too high.
Edit: Both are probably 1 PD max, I think some people are selling H/Mind 2 PDs each.
