Technically speaking, trash collection should take it away for free, but you'll need to be crafty about it. Your best bet would be to convince them that it's lawn debris and put it in a black bag marked with an x. Some of those guys actually pay attention and will see that it's a 70h Rainbow Baton, so if you decide to go that route, probe your local lorry with something smaller like a D-Photon Core or a hit Chain Sawd first before moving up.
