wow weird find. i can't really see many people using this given the other popular demons items with the benefit of range or multi-target (SoF, bringers, Sneedle) but the ata is actually pretty hard to beat. it's the sort of thing i wouldn't bother carrying, but might actually be useful for a hunter who wasn't using smartlink or wasn't in position to SnS slicer. so, 2-5?
 
No clue on price, good find. It would be worth auctioning it and seeing what would happen.
