PC> 50hit baranz

So to get my 50h BL it cost me over 70pd worth of PC. I kept failing the 50h gamble unfortunately, 5pc a try. I do know of people who went from 0h to 50h without failing once.
50pd+ is fair price?
 
Expectation for number of PCs used is 43.5 (87 PDs worth)
Minimum number of PCs used is 15 (30 PDs worth)

It depends on demand for Baranz Launcher and how lucky people feel?

Edit: I would say 87 just for the hit, or even more, is fair. The extra value is essentially insurance. In practicality it probably won't go for that, since 87 is a huge portion of most player's wealth, and not everyone is interested in Baranz Launcher.
