Hard to say. I'll risk an opinion: 40H clean Red Sword went by 40PD, and personally i think Jizai is bit more valuable (hell, stacks with POSS) so i guess 40PD+ (how much more? i can't say, you could auction and see).

28-60 PD

hit Jizai is more valuable because they are a huge ordeal to make. However there was an event that had a 30h Jizai as a prize so those are still in the market somewhat. It's probably worth more to keep, nice weapon for a hunter in ultimate, quite rare.
