First thing most people do is run to bank and then shop for items before starting a quest, I was thinking, what if you put both NPC's or just one NPC who can bank and sell you items standing kinda next to the Quest counter. Soon as you join, boom you right there, you can bank and get items as soon as you join a room, It would shave off a minute or so of waiting. you would still need to go to the shop room for tekking and buying 50 hit mechs at the shop.

Ep2 is already pretty quick because of the layout, so i dont see a need to add it there.
yay or nay?

That sounds neat. Is it maybe possible to add a warp from the guild room to the area between the bank and shops to save time? Not sure if a warp or npc would be less work

This reminds me of the CB code that makes you spawn by the bank when you join a team so that you can NOL people more quickly. xD

If you want to reach the bank faster, use Episode II. ;)

Well it's not just for using the bank, and yes I Know to use eps2 to bank. This is legit for quest runs. Not just bank use.

When a ttf game is over, I would rather immediately leave, make another one, then get items from npc next to quest counter and then start again. But maybe it's just me being lazy.

Or let's say I'm equiped for eps1, but I join a eps4 game, I can just use npc to bank. No running and waiting.

Sure, there is a lot of conveniet stuff you can do / change, but I think at one point we should all ask ourselfs: "What is PSO?" Because I think there are a lot of tiny details, most people aren't aware of, that make PSO the game we love.
If you want to go all in with convenient changes, then how about removing ALL the graphics? Your only interactions will be chatting and throwing dice (for random numbers). This will save us A LOT of time! But will that still be PSO?

Maybe the complaining about people taking too long at the bank is one of those little details that make the game what it is.

Everybody should just "learn" to bank and shop at the end of quests. Then unless you need some special equip for a quest, there is no need to hit the shops/bank after joining a game. Would you even leave fast after a game/quest is over if there wasn't a lobby command? One change leads to another and maybe at one point, PSOs charme will be lost?

I can give you another simple example:
Remember when items like Monomates and Sol Atomizers were only randomly available at the shops? I was always in need of Sol Atomizer, since they are faster than casting Anti. You know what I did when my Sols were running low? I did not pipe till I was able to buy them, nope. I ASKED my teammates (mostly random people) if one of them was able to buy Sols for me, then give them the required Meseta. And it always worked, I was never out of Sols. That kind of interaction/communication is lost and was one of those little details, that make PSO what it is.

If implemented, you don't necessarily have to use the npc, if you want to continue running to the bank to do business because you find that a charming part of PSO, well so be it, do you I guess. But when I run with the same group of 4 and we do 5-10 back to back quest, it could save of us some valuable time. If I'm in a casual game, then sure why not run to the bank. Me personally, I dont find running to eps1/4 bank charming when all I need is 1 certain weapon from the bank or a few items from the shop. But I do hear what you are saying though.

Speaking of ep4, I was so disappointed the first time I did it because they just reused ep1 pioneer 2.
