Nothing dropping for spouse during event suddenly

Spouse was doing runs and for over an hour almost nothing was dropping. Just some meseta sometimes maybe one or two boxes if that, not the floor covered like it has been during the event. This was going on for over an hour. He was playing One Person, I was not on at all. He tried loging all the way out and back, still like that.

I just logged in myself to test and the floor is covered in boxes like it has been.
