You're using the wrong or unupdated exe is what this usually means

Open your pso folder and make sure you run online exe or whatever its called. There should be a launcher orits the wrong one

Have you updated the loader to use ephinea.dll? Make sure all updates required are done.

Still the same. :/
It doesn't seems to be related to MTU (1480 on Router) or Ping (no loss packets).
Used to play fine some months ago. No problems on Schtserv.
